The greatest trick to honesty

is having no secret, nothing

to be dishonest about: here

are the seeds that will become more

coins from the magic money plant,

but buy nothing for you or me,

or for the common good. Judas

found out what it was worth; the Pope’s

money is no good in France; you can’t

pay with Chinese coin in the land

of the free; and if we take your silver-

white face to be like the Moon,

you’re the paper one, as you set sail

over the cardboard sea.
